Your photo resolution does not reach the photo quality standard. We highly
recommended you to follow below revolution and size requirements table. If your
photo has a resolution below our recommendations, your Prints may be
low-quality. If you want high quality prints of photos (high precision,
good color transfer and low grain), you should upload photos with resolution of
300 or more DPI.
Most digital cameras are with default setting of 300 DPI, you are suggested
to upload the original photos from digital cameras, you can crop or edit them,
but please do not resize and compress them into small size, it will cause lower
quality of your photos. Higher quality of photos may take longer time to upload,
but we can promise you will be more satisfied our quality of prints.
