Hi Darleen.. I offered it for free for only 2 weeks from 05/30/2010 - 06/13/2010 and it's finished already. Now it has a charge of $3.99.

I am VERY new to this and I placed this in my kits as it was being offered free for a limited time; however, I cannot check out as I am being charged $3.99... I don't understand???
